Meet Giovani Zanolino
Giovani Zanolino (born 1986, Périgueux, France) moved to Curaçao as a child, where he grew up surrounded by the island’s vibrant colors and culture. His work explores identity through mixed media, collage, painting, and digital art, often asking the question: Who am I? Bold, layered, and expressive, his art invites viewers to reflect on their own story.
One of his recent works, Golden Pillars (2024), created with mixed media and collage, highlights his dynamic use of color and texture. Giovani is the son of artist Philippe Zanolino, and together they represent two generations of artists shaping the cultural landscape of Curaçao.
