Bellman
Part-time or full-time
We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-minded Bellman to create unforgettable first and last impressions for our guests. As a Bellman, you will assist guests with luggage, ensure a smooth arrival and departure process, and offer helpful local tips and directions. You will also support the front office and other departments as needed to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly at the entrance and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Provide clear information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby areas.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and other guest requests.
- Act as a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for guests entering the hotel.
Requirements:
- Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish is a must. Portuguese or German is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry luggage as needed.
Guest Experience Ambassador
Part-time or full-time
As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the heart of Art Hotel’s guest services. Your role is to manage check-ins, check-outs, process reservations, and provide concierge services. You’ll assist guests with their requests, help them plan a flawless stay from pre-arrival to departure, and deliver exceptional service throughout. Acting as the key link between guests and different hotel departments, you’ll ensure smooth communication to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and warmth.
- Provide personalized concierge services, assisting guests with local recommendations, reservations, and itineraries.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Streamline communication between departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Ensure that guests experience a seamless and enjoyable stay from start to finish.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to enhance future stays.
Requirements:
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish. Portuguese or German is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
